Calm Birth & Baby delivers the whole course in 4 sessions lasting 3 hours each.
All classes are taught in English. You can chose to have your classes one-to-one at the comfort of your home, or in a group.

Your basic LaMal health insurance will reimburse 150 CHF towards Calm Birth&Baby class fees. If you have a complimentary or international insurance, you might be reimbursed the whole fee, but check with your insurance first.

One-to-one KG Hypnobirthing Classes
If you and your partner prefer more personalised classes in the comfort of your home and the time which is convenient for both of you, the one-to-one classes might be the best option for you.
KG Hypnobirthing requires 12 hours of teaching sessions, which can be divided into two or four sessions.

For mums-to-be and couples who would like to do this programme together with their friend who is also expecting a baby and would like to take an advantage of a cheaper price.
